Mission Exteriors provides beautiful and timely exterior renovation services for homeowners throughout south western Ontario. They treat homeowners with respect and patience while providing outstanding customer service before, during and after project completion. When Mission contacted ZOO for help with their branding, marketing and website, we were more than happy to work with them.
Mission needed a strong brand presence, their old website was a DIY theme site with no branding and very little content. They grew their business by word of mouth, but needed help getting more leads.
The first step was to create a brand strategy for Mission. We researched their industry, their competitors and learned as much as we could about what their clients wanted. We created the logo designs for their exterior renovations business, but also developed a brand for their new leaf guard products as well. Once the branding was approved, our graphic designers created all of their stationery, wrote sales copy and designed their brochures, folders and even created their new trailer wraps. At the same time, our web design team was working on their new custom website. Once the website was launched, ZOO worked closely with Mission to create their digital marketing strategy. After all of these pieces were completed and their digital campaign was running well and bringing in new leads, Mission hired ZOO to create a new web page for their new 3D design service due to Covid-19.
